We went off to Ybor City to bum around for a while.
I'm not really sure what these partial mannequins are for.
I'm not even sure I want to know.
Ybor City used to be the cigar-making district in Tampa. It was
populated by Spanish and Cuban cigar workers and now it's the
entertainment district. Beautiful old buildings, and some great
restaurants. I recommend the little Italian place whose name escapes
me at the moment, and of course The Columbia.
