A couple of a Song 757 taxiing. It's one plane, two photos. If I were more of a Photoshop/Gimp aficionado I could have stitched those together into a panorama, which would make it look like there were two Songs instead of one. But as usual, I don't care. Maybe someday I'll have an assistant. ;-)
I believe the vertical streaking is due to a digital camera artifact known as a "dirty terminal window". The cure for this is a sophisticated Photoshop plugin known as "Windex", which is sold at finer Wal-Marts everywhere.
(Did everyone catch those brand names? They're the modern equivalents of invoking the names of Athena, Sappho, or Bacchus instead of saying simply "smart", "lesbian", or "drunk".)
On the way back I got a Canadair Regional Jet instead of the Dash-8. I think it's a Canadair, it may have been the Embraer (the Brazilian company). Someone can go to airliners.net and figure it out.
