csgeeks

The Free Speech Online Blue Ribbon Campaign> csgeeks is a group of friends, with an associated mailing list. Most of us met through the Computer Science department of the University at Buffalo (which is now the Computer Science and Engineering Department).

It is important to note that the S in the name is very important: we're not simply "Computer Geeks", we're "Computer Science Geeks". (However, there are some people who joined csgeeks by association, and are not CS majors.)

The Global Internet Liberty CampaignThe group of people that forms csgeeks has a fairly long history, dating back to 1988. And we have lived in, and hung out at, a variety of places. And we had a bunch of traditional events and activities - although most of these ended in the mid/late 90's, as more people dispersed.

Here is a list of the current geeks, and a bunch of group photos.
